VMC-1165 three linear economical vertical machining center
VMC-1165 is a fixed-column vertical machining center machine tool, it has mechatronics design and stylish look. It cuts precisely, after the workpiece is clamped once, the machine tool can automatically and continuously complete the processing of multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, and tapping.
This machine is suitable for the multi-variety processing of complex parts such as medium and small boxes, plates, plates, shells, etc. It is widely used in auto parts, valves, engineering machinery, IT equipment, optical equipment, medical equipment and aviation Aerospace and other industries.
The machine adopts column-fixed and cross-sliding table moving structure. X, Y, Z axis adopt linear rolling guide, the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large-flow fully enclosed protection has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.
Spindle box: We use high-speed BT40 spindle unit with center blowing.
Tool Magazine: We use disc magazine with high quality and stable functionality.
Transmission: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt a direct drive method. The ball screw is pre-tensioned and installed to improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three linear coordinate axes all use linear rolling guides, the machine tool has low vibration during high-speed feed and no crawling during low-speed feed.
